Please note that shipping time does not include production time. Most of our items are made to order, so please expect up to 3 weeks for production.
Denmark- standard shipped by Fedex or GLS express shipping with door to door service and a tracking code. The delivery time will therefore be approximately 2-7 working days in Denmark. When your order has been shipped you will receive a Track & Trace number allowing you to both follow and locate your parcel.
EU Shipping - International standard shipped by Fedex or GLS express shipping with door to door service and a tracking code. The delivery time will therefore be approximately 2-14 working days in Denmark. When your order has been shipped you will receive a Track & Trace number allowing you to both follow and locate your parcel.
taxes and duties
Occasionally, dependent on the recipient country and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer

Returns
All jewellery is hand made so there might be a slight difference from the image presented. Please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work and the use of natural stones
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days. Jewelry returned must be unworn and unused in its original condition and packaging
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
customized pieces (including custom ring sizing), One-of-a-Kind, special orders, gift cards, and Items purchased on sales or final sale and non-refundable

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges (shipping costs will not be returned and it’s the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs). There will also be a 5% cancellation fee for all cancellations and returns
We believe in creating timeless jewellery you can wear for years and years to come, for that We recommend removing all jewellery when sleeping, swimming, exercising and doing household chores
Silver can tarnish when exposed to open air for long periods, exposed to some liquids such as perfumes, body lotion and salt water. Silver is best when worn on a regular basis, so we encourage you to wear your silver treasures daily. To clean your silver jewelry gently polish with a soft cloth
When you're not wearing your silver jewelry, store it in a closed place away from moisture and water. Silver naturally oxidizes over time, which means turns a black shade
Gold can be cleaned using a jewellery polishing cloth or warm soapy water and a soft bristled brush. It is a soft metal, please wear each piece with care to make sure its lasts forever
Gemstones are fragile and can chip if knocked against a hard surface, and should be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft bristle brush
