Order Processing & Production Time
All our jewelry is handcrafted with care in our Copenhagen studio.
• Ready-to-ship items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Made-to-order / Custom pieces: As these pieces are created specifically for you, please allow up to 6 weeks for production before shipping.
• Important Note: Processing and shipping do not occur on weekends or public holidays
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping within Denmark and to selected international destinations using PostNord or GLS, depending on the most efficient route for your location.
Denmark: 2-4 business days , PostNord / GLS
Europe: 5-10 business days , PostNord / GLS
Potential Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping speeds may be affected by factors outside of our control, including:
• Weather conditions: Severe weather in Denmark or the destination country.
• Peak seasons: Holidays (such as Christmas) and long weekends.
• Customs: International orders may experience delays during customs clearance.
Local Pickup (Copenhagen)
If you are located in københavn k, you can choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout to skip shipping costs. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to coordinate a pickup time at our home studio.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ada Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). No customs duties apply to orders within the EU.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at aadastudioo@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
