Return Window
In accordance with Danish consumer law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us if you wish to return or exchange your purchase. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to ship the item back to our studio in Copenhagen
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry must be:
• Unworn and unused in its original condition.
• In its original packaging.
• Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)
For hygiene and legal reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
• Earrings: Due to health and hygiene standards, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty (manufacturing defect).
• Customized & Made-to-Order pieces: Jewelry created specifically to your size, engravings, or unique specifications are exempt from the standard return policy.
• Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)
To initiate a retune, please email us at aadastudioo@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you eith the return shipping address in Copenhagen.
Shipping Costs
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item.
• Original Shipping: If you return your entire order, we will refund the original shipping cost along with the product price, as per Danish law.
• Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like PostNord or GLS), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
